Clairy Cleaning is a professional cleaning company operating in the Gatineau-Ottawa area. We are your partner in cleanliness and trust.

Keeping your home, your household, your workplace (office or workshop) clean is not always an easy task. In addition to having a specific skill (not all surfaces are cleaned the same way…), you need to find some free time to invest in this type of work. And even with all your goodwill, it’s still hard to stay on course, to keep everything clean.

You also have to consider people’s physical condition. What about the elderly, mothers with children? Or, even if you’re physically fit, could you consider doing some cleaning (often household chores) in your nice “Monday morning” suit?

We know you’re asking yourself all these questions! We have asked them too, and we are still asking them (laughs)! Don’t worry, “Relax, It’ll shine”!

Indeed, we did. We have imagined and experienced so many difficult situations that our passion for cleaning became our career choice. From this motivation, our CEO, Claire Tsanga, took certified training courses in housekeeping and hospitality and opened Clairy Cleaning Services so that you will never be asking those questions to yourself again.

We offer 2 main types of service: residential cleaning and commercial cleaning.

The residential cleaning service is aimed at households for regular, in-depth cleaning when moving house. We offer this service on a one-off, weekly, bi-weekly and/or monthly basis.
We can also clean up after your events. Finally, if you require cleaning of a specific area of your premises, we can offer this customized service.

Our commercial cleaning service covers offices, retail outlets and concierge services.

We select our workers meticulously. All undergo background checks. This helps ensure the safety of our customers.

Then we train them: initial and accelerated training for novices, and compulsory refresher courses for the more experienced.

Finally, Clairy Cleaning Services is insured and therefore covered for any accidents that may occur. This not only enhances our customers’ safety, but also that of our teams.

Once the estimate has been validated and payment made, we agree on a date and time that suits you best, and our team gets ready to serve you.

Service delivery

On the agreed day, our team arrives on site to carry out the cleaning service. They will follow a pre-established plan of action, focusing on every detail to ensure exceptional result.

Frequently asked questions

Is the exterior of the house/apartment/office included?

Housekeeping services focus exclusively on tasks inside the home (living room, kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, inside windows). All other services are provided independently.

What about crowded rooms or surfaces?

We kindly ask you to prepare cluttered surfaces, such as counter tops, floors and mezzanines, before we arrive. By preparing surfaces in advance, you make our work easier and allow us to concentrate on the important details that make all the difference. By avoiding obstacles and bulky objects, we can access the areas to be cleaned more easily, ensuring impeccable cleanliness.

Am I entitled to dishwasher and dryer cleaning?

Dishwashing, washing the inside and outside of washing machines, dryers and aquariums are not included in our regular maintenance offer. These appliances require specific treatment to ensure their proper functioning and extend their service life.

However, should you require these areas cleaned, we can also offer a dedicated service to meet your specific needs.

We understand that every customer has unique expectations when it comes to housekeeping services, which is why we offer flexibility to meet your specific requirements.

Do you offer recurring cleaning?

If you're looking for a regular, recurring cleaning service to keep your environment clean and well-maintained, we're here to meet your needs. Our cleaning company offers planned and customized cleaning services to suit your schedule and preferences.

What about pet areas?

Our professionals are not authorized to clean up excrement, urine or any other unsanitary matter. The health and safety of our staff is paramount, and we are committed to maintaining safe and healthy working conditions. Therefore, if unsanitary conditions are identified during our inspection of the premises, we reserve the right to refuse service.

We encourage you to take all necessary steps to ensure that the premises to be cleaned are in adequate condition prior to our arrival.

I need a deep cleaning of my entire home (inside and out). Is this possible?
